Shipping policy

At Retrove, every order is handled with care and intention. We aim to get your products to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. During product drops, launches, or high order volume, processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Please note that these are estimates and delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing (for international orders).
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items
If an item is marked as pre-order or made-to-order, additional production time will be noted on the product page. These items ship once production is complete.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Retrove is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
